I still get a little twitch here and there, but the spasms that left me bed bound just don’t happen now. It’s great to get out of bed free from pain and being able to play with my boys like I couldn’t before.

Although I wasn’t diagnosed as suffering arthritis, with the problems I was having this was also a concern. So taking these supplements would also help me to not suffer this crippling disease.
